Check-in took so long. ants were all over our beds! and hairs were all over the sheets in the first two family suites we got. eventually, we moved to the fourth floor. The maid kept leaving the balcony door open when she cleaned. bugs could get in! on our second night, our room wasn't cleaned even though we had the sign up.

The pools were large. I always found sunbeds available. the food was great. there were no late-night events that would interfere with sleep.

The hotel has excellent beach access through the back entrance. the food was very good, providing sufficient variety at breakfast and dinner. ana at check-in was especially helpful. I appreciated her attention to detail. the hotel's location is great, close to restaurants and activities.
The accessible room i was given had a car park view, and it was very small. Maneuvering my wheelchair was difficult. the bathroom had some issues. The sink was too low, and some fixtures were hard to reach from a wheelchair.

the hotel personel were very friendly and always ready to help, making the experience more pleasant, though a bit more attention to detail would make things even better. staff were super friendly and always ready to help.

the room had a comfortable bed and the room was cleaned every time we requested. however, i found some issues such as the ants on the bed and hairs on the sheets, the rooms were okay. there were good amenities and the room was good.

the location was great because it was 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to malaga by uber/bolt. beach access proximity to restaurants and activities and town was great. the hotel is near extended beaches with sand and palm trees.
